Why is UDL Important? |
UDL is important because it is a strength based approach to learning. It decreases the barriers to instruction and increases the opportunity for learning.

|
All students will benefit from UDL. Since it is not a one size fits all curriculum, each student has the opportunity to choose how they will learn the information, how they will express or show what they have learned through multiple means, and how students are engaged in learning. It gives each student the best chance to succeed in school.
